If any of this feels familiar, you’ve landed in the right place.

I’m overwhelmed. I don’t know why I can’t get things done. I know that something is off, but I can’t figure out what it is. I have no purpose. Even when things seem to be going well for me, I’m not happy. It always ends badly. I feel like I don’t belong. I am so critical of myself. I feel stuck and can’t move on. I need to be perfect. Maybe I’m just not worth it. I could use someone to talk with.

At some point, most of us reach a moment where something needs to change. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re barely holding it together – but unsure where to begin. You don’t have to navigate this alone. THRĪV Collective is the place to start. Book a free consultation.

The truth is, sometimes life can be hard. But with the right support, you can build the resilience to move through difficulties, adapt to change, and come out stronger. At THRĪV, we help you develop practical tools and emotional insight to meet challenges head-on – so you can live with more clarity, strength, and peace of mind.

So many of us carry wounds from earlier in life, some obvious, others harder to name. Whether shaped by undiagnosed ADHD, childhood trauma, or other early-life experiences, these patterns often follow us into adulthood, quietly shaping how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in shame, disconnected, or unsure of your purpose, we want you to know that something different is possible. You may not see the path forward just yet, but we’ll help you find it. You don’t have to keep struggling in silence. Let’s take the first step, together. Book a free consultation.

We are THRIV Collective

Our vision is to build a growing community of like-minded therapists, healers, and helpers—each committed to making meaningful change. By offering a comprehensive range of treatments and services under one supportive umbrella, we aim to create the greatest positive impact in the greatest number of lives.

At the heart of this vision is our founder, Stephanie Joos, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Carissa Cano, LPC-S), based in Austin, Texas. Stephanie is a multiculturally informed therapist and a proud ally of the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities. She brings together a deep understanding of psychological theory and evidence-based practices with over three decades of real-world life and work experience.

What began as one mother’s search for support for her own children has grown into a life mission: to help individuals from all walks of life build the tools, resilience, and self-awareness needed to live more authentically, confidently, and joyfully.

Anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, and difficult relationship patterns can all feel like being stuck in a loop that’s hard to break out of. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone. My goal is to walk alongside you—to help you tap into your inner strengths, develop meaningful tools, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.

I believe healing happens in relationship, and I feel deeply honored to support people through some of their most vulnerable moments. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Through our work, you’ll begin to connect with a deeper sense of clarity, resilience, and peace.

My approach is shaped not just by clinical training, but also by my own belief in the human capacity to grow and heal. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up just as you are. With compassion, curiosity, and clinical expertise, I’ll support your growth and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels most true and alive. Reaching out for support is a brave step—and one that can open the door to real change. If you’re ready, you don’t have to do this alone.

We use an integrative approach, tailoring evidence-based therapies with each client’s unique healing needs.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on helping people learn to identify and challenge negative thoughts and behaviors and develop effective coping skills.

EMDR Therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy technique that supports the integration of traumatic memories and their associated negative beliefs, reducing the emotional impact of these memories. Bilateral brain stimulation (eye movement, tactile, auditory) allows the brain to integrate traumatic memories more quickly. EMDR can also be helpful in treating several types of anxiety.

Neuropsychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that applies evidence-based neuroscience to psychotherapy modalities by recognizing the brain, body, experiences, and environment when treating mental health.

Psychodynamic therapy is a type of talk therapy that helps bring self-awareness and understanding that past experiences and feelings impact current behavior.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy blends theory and technique from cognitive, affective and psychodynamic therapy with straightforward somatic interventions, such as helping clients become aware of their bodies.

Somatic therapy uses the mind-body connection in a holistic approach, combining psychotherapy, physical therapies, and mind-body exercises to treat a variety of mental health conditions.

Unyte Rest & Restore Protocol is a listening therapy designed to support regulation of the autonomic nervous system through specially filtered music and guided breathing. Rooted in polyvagal theory, it gently stimulates the vagus nerve to promote a sense of safety, calm, and emotional resilience. The protocol combines evidence-based sound therapy with mindfulness practices to help individuals manage stress, trauma, and sensory overwhelm. It can be integrated into a broader therapeutic approach.
